A new roof starts with a free estimate, usually the same day you call. Curtis climbs up himself, tells you what he sees, and gives you a written price. If you have a lower written quote from a reputable company, he'll match it.
Most roofs go on the schedule within about two weeks of that first call. On install day the crew tears off down to the deck, replaces what needs replacing, and installs the new system: underlayment, shingles, flashing, vents and ridge cap. A typical house is finished in a day. One recent roof took five and a half hours.
Before the crew leaves, they clean out the gutters and walk the yard with magnets for nails.
