Rolle’s Home Improvements is Curtis’s company, locally owned and run out of West Fargo. He does the estimates, runs the crew and stands behind the work. Customers keep bringing up the same things: he shows up when he says he will, and he keeps you posted the whole way through.
He’ll also tell you how to vet a contractor, even if you don’t end up hiring him.

- Vet your contractors. Hire people with the knowledge and skill to take care of you.
- Get more than one estimate on any work being done.
- Make sure you have a contract.
- Check that they have the documentation and credentials to do the work.
- Don't be pressured by a fancy sales pitch.
- Make sure the person you hire will be on site managing your project.
